1. Purpose
These terms govern use of the Agent Incognito mobile game, created by Mattroobs and published by uLynx. By installing or using the game, you agree to these terms and the applicable App Store rules.
2. License
You receive a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable license to use the game on a compatible Apple device. No game element may be reproduced, extracted, resold or exploited without written authorization.
3. Multiplayer conduct
Chosen player names must remain respectful and must not impersonate others. Cheating, service alteration, match disruption and unauthorized access attempts are prohibited.
4. Availability
Online modes depend on an internet connection, Game Center and Apple services. Local play depends on Wi‑Fi and device permissions. Continuous availability cannot be guaranteed.
5. Advertising and third-party services
The game may display ads supplied by Google AdMob and use Game Center. These services are also governed by their providers’ terms and policies.
6. Updates
The game may change to improve the experience, fix errors, add content or meet technical and legal requirements. Some updates may be required to continue using online features.
7. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, the game is provided as is. uLynx is not responsible for interruptions caused by the network, device, App Store, Game Center, advertising services or events reasonably beyond its control.
