1. Controller and contact
Agent Incognito is created by Mattroobs and published by uLynx. uLynx is responsible for publishing and for the processing described in this policy. For privacy questions or requests: privacy@agentincognito.fr.
2. Data processed by the game
The game does not require a proprietary account. In local mode, the chosen player name, room code and data required for the match are temporarily exchanged between participating devices over the local network. They are not stored on our servers.
3. Game Center
Online multiplayer uses Apple Game Center. Apple may process your player identifier, nickname, avatar, gameplay activity and technical information under its own rules. The game uses this information to authenticate you, display players and establish the match. See Game Center & Privacy.
4. Google AdMob advertising
The game uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display interstitial advertising. Depending on your region and consent choices, Google and its partners may process technical information such as IP address, device or app-related identifiers, diagnostics and ad interaction data to serve, measure, secure and limit ads.
Where required, a consent form is shown before advertising requests. You may reopen privacy options from the game when available. Learn more in the Google Privacy Policy.
5. Permissions
- Local Network: directly connects two nearby iPhones.
- Internet: Game Center, advertising and related services.
- Camera: the QR code may be scanned with the iOS Camera app; Agent Incognito does not directly access your photos.
6. Retention
Local session data is retained only for as long as needed for the match. Information processed by Apple and Google is retained under their respective policies.
7. Your choices and rights
You may change iOS permissions in Settings, manage Game Center through your Apple Account and use the advertising privacy options offered in the game. Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction or deletion of data for which we are responsible by emailing the address above.
8. Children
Agent Incognito is not intended to knowingly collect personal information directly from children. Age restrictions, Apple Accounts and ad personalization are handled according to device settings and platform rules.
9. Changes
This policy may change as the game, its services or applicable obligations evolve. The update date will be revised on this page.
